We have readily available a wider choice of foods throughout the year then we have ever had before in previous generations.
Yet our food choices are very limited and very poor leading to a large proportion of people who are over weight, obese, have low energy, digestive problems, and other health issues which stem from what we eat and how we eat.
Through regular practice of yoga certain addictions just ‘fall away’, notably caffeine, alcohol. Diet affects our practice, we become more mindful of what we put into our bodies.
Our bodies become luminous through regular practice.
