This 2 part workshop explores many poses that focuses on relaxing the tightness of the neck, shoulders and back. The Forrest Yoga cue to ‘relax the neck’ will be further explored to further fulfill the release of any stuck tension that is recurring or hard to reach. Notice how the first session releases the tightness in the jaw and shoulders and enables an invigorating start to any day!
The 2nd stage of the workshop focuses on how twists relieve tiredness in the shoulders and back.
