Yoga for Teens.
Teenagers, like adults, come across emotional, social, and physical challenges and conflicts every day. Fun yoga practice that includes breathing techniques, mindfulness, and physical postures can be a perfect release for them. Once they learn the techniques, Teenagers can practice anywhere and the techniques they learn can help them to react to situations and be more self confident.
So come along on Saturday at 10 am – 10:45 (£5). Mats are available if you don’t have one. Ilkley Yoga Centre
