Hello beautiful people! My name is Tom and I run Summit Physiotherapy in Ilkley. Pilates is a key form of exercise for helping me reduce the risk of becoming injured and optimising my favourite sports of running and cycling. It can be adapted in so many ways and my background of physiotherapy really allows me to tailor an exercise to suit your needs, particularly if you are injured. As well as teaching Pilates, I am also a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach and Massage Therapist.
