You can try both Apparatus Pilates and Reformer Pilates at Ilkley Yoga Centre. We have a dedicated Apparatus Pilates and Reformer Pilates studio on the top floor.
Apparatus Pilates and Reformer Pilates focus on core strength and flexibility. The main difference is they use different piece of equipment but both improve overall body conditioning.
Apparatus Pilates includes the Cadillac, Combo Chair, and Barrel. Each piece of equipment offers unique exercises and challenges, contributing to a more diverse workout.
All the exercises are low-impact, and they can be adapted to different fitness levels, making it suitable for individuals with varying abilities or those recovering from injuries.

A one to one with Leiko is £50.00
A two to one with Leiko is £65.00 (share the cost with a friend making it £32.50 each)
