What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a very simple practice. All postures are on the floor.  

We settle into an asana (posture) for 3-7 minutes and slowly relax our muscles.

This allows the connective tissues stretch. Enjoy a therapeutic session with controlled stimulation of the joints.

 Yin Yoga is a great compliment to a more Yang style of practice or high paced physical activity.  

Yin Yoga is suitable for all. Borrow props from the studio.
