I am a Yoga Therapist with a 600 hour Diploma through Yoga Campus.  I began practicing yoga 22 years ago and started teaching in 2007 after completing my teacher training through Triyoga – British Wheel of Yoga Accredited.  I have also completed trainings in Restorative and Prenatal Yoga.  

I particularly enjoy helping people on a one-to-one basis to support their individual needs.    Drawing from different aspects of the yoga tradition, I offer therapeutic practices to help clients find balance amidst the demands of our modern world.

Susie Dennis is a certified structural Yoga therapist. Use yoga to self empower, improve health and happiness as well as overall well-being. Strategies from the yogic tradition are applied to unlock a more balanced state.Clients arrive at Structural Yoga Therapy after exhausting conventional avenues.This type of therapy is also a prevention when you feel you are on a slippery slope and when to get back on track.
