Pregnancy Yoga classes
This nurturing prenatal yoga course will provide you with the tools you need to support your wellbeing throughout your pregnancy.
You will learn:
- Yoga postures and movements to build strength and create comfort and space for you and your baby.
- Helpful yoga practices to address common issues experienced by mums to be.
- Breathing practices to support you throughout your pregnancy.
- Deep relaxation techniques and meditations to promote calm and reduce anxiety.
- Sound and visualisation practices to nurture connection with your baby.
- Energy Freeing Practices.
- Restorative Yoga for deep rest, better sleep quality and comfort.
- Birthing postures and breathing techniques to help you through labour.
