A three part course on a Saturday afternoon from Autumn 2024 at Ilkley Yoga Centre

You will learn the difference between stress and anxiety.

What happens the body when we become anxious.

Why depression and anxiety are often arrive together.

Techniques for controlling our thoughts through movement, breathing practices and mindfulness.

There will be online recordings of short breathing practices for you to follow each day, building your resilience.
