The Pilates Reformer is an amazing versatile piece of apparatus suitable for all ages, abilities & fitness levels.
A wide variety of exercises can be performed on the reformer to improve strength, flexibility, mobility & balance.Exercises can be performed lying down, sitting, kneeling or standing.
The pushing & pulling with the arms and legs against the resistance of the springs, carriage and body weight makes it a unique strength building full body workout. Extra springs can be added to build strength in the bigger muscle groups or lower springs to challenge the more smaller stabilising muscles.
