The powerful yoga tools and techniques that calm and sooth anxiety.
During this course, you will build a ‘yoga toolkit’ to help you lower anxiety levels.
Build resilience and cultivate the experience of calm.
This toolkit includes yoga postures and movements, breath regulation practices.
You will be offered guidance on how to adapt your home yoga practice to your needs.
Learning to manage the immediate experience of anxiety.
Incorporate the practices into your daily life.
Bring a more general feeling of calm to your wellbeing.
Resources will be provided to accompany the course as well as helpful tips for when the course comes to an end.
