Yoga to relaxing music with props to support you to become more flexible.

During Yin Yoga you will focus on working with the breath.

Embrace the ability to surrender into the practice.

Work towards letting go during a weekly class.

Yin Yoga stretches and relaxes your muscles.

Work on loosening your ligaments, connective tissue and fascia.

Embrace the challenge of being still with yourself.

Each passive posture is held for up to 5 minutes with a focus on the depth and intensity.

By the end of the class you will feel calm and nourished. Yin Yoga is recommended for injury recovery and for increasing mobility.

Borrow all the props and mats you need, wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water or herbal tea.
