A Yin Yoga Session for Everyone on Sunday 22 May 1 pm-3 pm

During this Yin Yoga workshop you will focus on working with the breath. Embrace the ability to surrender into the practice. Work towards letting go in this Yin Yoga Workshop. Yin Yoga stretches and relaxes your muscles. Work on loosening your ligaments, connective tissue and fascia. Embrace the challenge of being still with yourself during this two hour Yin Yoga Workshop. Each passive posture is held for up to 5 minutes with a focus on the depth and intensity. By the end of the class you will feel calm and nourished. Yin Yoga is recommended for injury recovery and for increasing mobility.

Yin Yoga Foundations for All on Friday 10th June 1pm-3pm

Build up your foundations of Yin Yoga. Explore postures at leisure during this session. Understand the transitions in and out of poses safely. Whilst using props to optimise the posture. Experience the benefits of each shape. Suitable for all levels. Props available to borrow at the studio.

Yin Yoga for Runners, Cyclists and Swimmers on Saturday 25th June 3pm – 5pm

Learn postures suitable for a post cycle, swim or run. Balance the mind and meet likeminded people at this Yin Yoga Workshop. Emphasis on knees, feet ankles and large muscle groups. Rehabilitate and practice self therapy by holding the stretches for up to 5 minutes. By the end of this Yin Yoga workshop you will remember at least one posture to practice at home and feel calm after a longer than usual relaxation at the end.

      Lucy is on holiday at the moment. Lucy’s next Tuesday morning class is the 17th May, if you click ‘Yoga Timetable’ on the home page it will take you to the calendar. Or Search ‘Naturally Twisted’ in the Mindbody app.
