Heather is back for summer from Sydney and teaches on a Tuesday and Thursday at IYC. With one to one healing sessions available also. No sweat Brain and Body Yoga classes are perfect to slot into a busy day.
Let’s hear from Heather!
My name is Heather and I have been teaching at and running Body & Brain holistic centres in London since 2005.
I first joined a Body & Brain holistic centre in 2004 as a way to manage my own stress from work, personal bereavements and poor sleep. I started feeling much better and a year later I started an apprenticeship at the centre and grew from there.
I taught lots and lots of classes, led and assisted workshops and did 1:1 sessions for a wide variety of people. I teach stretching, Qi Gong, relaxation, stress release, meditation, breathing techniques and numerous other modalities. I also do acupressure massage, deep tissue massage and energy healing.
Body and Brain Yoga and Tai Chi offer range of methods to improve physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Your treatment will be unique and tailored to you.
