Benefits of Yoga and Teenagers

Teenagers are just like adults.

You come across emotional, social, physical challenges and conflicts everyday.

Yoga practices geared towards teenagers provide accessible breathing techniques and a release through asana practices.

So that you can take these techniques off the mat to deal with anxious situations.
