A Susie Yoga class incorporates her training an expertise in classes. Here is she telling us about it.
I have studied a 500 hour teaching diploma course through the British Wheel of Yoga and prior to this I have completed the foundation course.
I have completed numerous teacher training courses with Yoga schools in London and international Yoga organisations. To name a few; Forrest Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Womb Yoga, Sitram Yoga and Yoga for pregnancy.
In addition to this, I am a Yoga Alliance teacher. I have completed a 28 day intensive Forrest Yoga teacher training course with Ana Forrest.
I have also been privileged to become a Structural Yoga Therapist.
My tertiary education includes a degree in Chemistry, MBA and PGCE. I draw upon my experience in the corporate world to engage with professionals and business owners who regularly attend class. Wisdom from my own life helps me to relate yoga to you.
Yoga has brought many things into my life, including but not limited to, greater self-awareness and an ability to deal with every personality.

This brings creativity and resilience when dealing with any issue that may come up in life.
Yoga has given me the ability to change my outlook and approach.
When I still find myself pushing water uphill, I take a step back and pause before I choose whether to react.
