Yoga can be what you want it to be.

Yoga is a system of movements of the body in which you connect the breath.
Another way to put it is Yoga is a union between the breath and the body.
For the last 8 years of teaching the question always comes up in class “why are we doing this?”
Next time you are in class ask the question or take yourself off mute during a zoom class to ask “why?”.
