Bamboo is a fantastic fabric for wicking up sweat during practice. The bamboo fibres are hollow so allow for air circulation during a warmer practice.
The fabric is very comfortable and easy to wash. Ethically sourced and fair trade.
T-shirts £25.00 with the Ilkley Yoga Centre logo in the bottom left (very discrete no wording just the logo).
These tops are a perfect extra layer over a vest or sports bra in winter.
The men’s are great to practice in too if you find cotton too heavy or don’t want to practice in Lycra gym wear.
